A global IT service provider in Milan is seeking a Change & Release Manager to ensure efficient IT service delivery. This role involves overseeing change and release management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Join Allianz Technology S.p.A. as a Change & Release Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of IT services to our business partners. Your focus will be on change management and release management, collaborating closely with the Production Manager and various Allianz teams to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your comprehensive understanding of the clients' IT landscape, coupled with a solid grasp of projects, products, and services, will be key in effectively managing changes and releases. You will contribute to both the maintenance and continuous improvement of current processes ("as-is") and the definition and execution of strategies to enhance our IT service delivery.
