Un'azienda leader nel settore ferroviario cerca un Team Leader entusiasta e auto-motivato a Lecce. Il candidato ideale deve avere esperienza nella gestione delle attività di manutenzione e certificazioni ANSF per la sicurezza. È richiesta una buona conoscenza dell'italiano e una base di inglese. Il ruolo prevede il coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione e il supporto allo sviluppo del team, in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante.

Competenze

• Esperienza nella gestione delle attività di manutenzione, preferibilmente nel settore ferroviario.
• Possesso delle certificazioni necessarie per lavorare sugli organi di sicurezza dei treni.

Mansioni

• Coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione e retrofit dei veicoli ferroviari.
• Gestione della documentazione relativa alla manutenzione in corso.
• Promozione della sicurezza nei luoghi di manutenzione e segnalazione delle non conformità.
• Supporto allo sviluppo delle competenze e al lavoro di squadra.

Accountabilities

• Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.
• Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.
• Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non‑conformities" to their supervisors.
• Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (7/7 h24).

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.
• ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).

Languages

Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
