This Position reports to: Purchasing Manager

You will be mainly accountable for
  • Analyzing purchasing data, market trends, and supplier metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
  • Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
  • Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.
  • Verifying external capacity of all suppliers and approaching new ones on the market.
  • Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.
Qualifications For The Role
  • You hold a Degree in Finance or Management Engineering.
  • Interest in developing your career in product engineering, supply chain or purchasing area;
  • Knowledge in cost analysis and financial evaluation within procurement or supply chain functions.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
  • Very Good knowledge of English (level B2) and Italian, written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, access, word, ppt);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good communication skills;
