Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
- Achieve sales objectives by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers for growth.
- Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with Product Management for market positioning.
- Manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
- Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
- Engage with end users, consultants, specifiers, and system integrators at senior levels.
- Maintain updated product information with customers, increase project pipeline, and generate revenue from existing and new customers.
- Report weekly on sales and project progress; conduct customer audits and market segmentation.
- Contribute ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events, focusing on margins and forecasting accuracy.
- Achieve all sales budgets and targets.
Requirements:
- Proven success in business development or sales, with experience in demanding environments.
- Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals independently.
- Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
- Experience with CCTV manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
- Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems.
- Business or technical degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Motivated to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent thinker with good judgment and team motivation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Self-motivated with project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and at least one European language.
- Valid driver's license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in Milan or Southern Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and possibly outside.
