The role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Administrator & Analyst to support the smooth running and efficiency of our business operations. This hybrid role blends administrative excellence with analytical insight, ensuring our teams have the structure, data, and process intelligence needed to perform at their best.

Reporting into the Regional Director of Sales - EU, You’ll manage day-to-day business coordination, reporting, and data analysis, helping leaders make informed decisions while keeping core processes running efficiently.

Duties / Responsibilities
Operational Administration
  • Oversee general business administration, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Be a point of contact for the dealerships for EU and work closely with the main stakeholders to coordinate updates.
  • Support internal coordination across departments to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
  • Maintain and improve business process documentation, templates, and internal databases.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for key meetings and reviews.
Business Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, organise, and analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards (e.g. KPIs, budgets, project progress).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to interpret data insights and recommend actions.
  • Assist in business planning, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.
Process & Project Support
  • Contribute to business projects by providing analytical input and administrative coordination.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Help design and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and data visibility.
Personal Specification
  • Experience within the Automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Experience with business systems or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or CRM systems).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Experience in a growing or fast-changing organisation.
  • Familiarity with financial or operational reporting.
  • Interest in process improvement and digital tools
