A global beverage company is seeking a Brand Manager in Milan. The role includes developing brand strategies, managing brand communication, and analyzing market performance. Candidates should possess a Master's in Marketing Management and have 3–4 years of experience in a similar position. Fluency in English and Italian is required. What You Will Do (key Responsibilities)
  • Supporting the Brand strategy, Equity and P&L development
  • Develop and implement solid brand plans (ATL, BTL activities) to support profitable growth for the company, and cooperate with Trade Marketing team to ensure execution in sales channels
  • Develop and implement brand communication & activation programs, promotions, sponsorships with relevant agencies & partners;
  • Support innovation initiatives for the brand, implement packaging development process with involved functions;
  • Supporting the brand planning process, linked to the overall business planning working closely with sales, finance, supply chain & HQ, preparation of Regional meetings;
  • Responsible for analysis on sell in/out/consumer data & financial information using Circana-IRI/Nielsen to monitor brand performance and extrapolate actionable insights for future development;
  • Support the Brand Manager in the daily budgeting activities
What We Are Looking For
  • You are constantly looking for new opportunities, open and curious towards innovation and, at the same time, you have a solid analytical background that allows you to be consistent in decision‑making processes and to follow, improve or create processes and workflows with good project management skills.
  • You have good interpersonal skills that support you work in a team and communicate effectively at different organizational levels, implementing active listening, oriented towards achieving the overall result.
  • Taste and knowledge of the beer product are a benefit.
  • You have an MSc in Marketing Management or similar qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role: 3/4 years.
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • Preferably EU citizen
