Big Data & Analytics | Bologna/Milano Data Scientist – Specialist in NLP & GenAI

Role and Responsibilities:

• Development of AI prototypes for real-time analysis of large data, focusing on NLP and Generative AI services.
• Collaborate with data engineers and researchers to implement advanced AI and NLP solutions.
• Design and develop models to improve the efficiency and quality of text data analysis.

Education and Experience:

• Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or STEM fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in NLP and Machine Learning.
• Strong software development skills, preferably in Python, with experience in version control (git).
• Experience with NLP/ML tools like scikit-learn, Spacy, HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI API.
• Knowledge of algorithms such as classification, clustering, tokenization, parsing, embeddings, chatbots (RAG, GraphRAG).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to prototype solutions rapidly, analyze data critically, and apply creative problem-solving approaches.
• Experience managing NLP projects in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
