Re-Forme S.r.L. was founded in 2009 with the opening of the "Veralab Institute" aesthetic center, inspiring the creation of Veralab in 2015. Cristina Fogazzi founded the skincare brand, which has become a major player in the cosmetic industry with a turnover of over 70 million euros.

The brand's mission is to offer effective skincare products and body treatments through rigorous quality research combined with Italian expertise.

Within a few years, Veralab has developed an omni-channel business model integrating online and offline channels, including over 870 touchpoints such as Flagship Stores in Milan and Rome, Pop Ups in Rome and Naples, luxury department stores, and selected perfumeries and pharmacies.

In June 2023, Overskin was launched as a makeup brand with skincare actives, leveraging Veralab's experience to ensure high-quality, high-performance formulas that are easy to use.

Position :

For the opening of the new store in ARESE, we are seeking experienced beauty professionals.

Main responsibilities :

• Welcome and guide customers, offering a unique beauty experience;
• Provide personalized consultations to ensure each customer finds exactly what they need;
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals;
• Ensure the store is set up according to guidelines from the relevant departments.

Requirements :

• Previous sales experience in the beauty sector and a commercial orientation;
• Deep knowledge of makeup techniques;
• Possession of a makeup artist diploma and / or beauty-related certification;
• Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Motivation, curiosity, and proactive attitude;
• Passion for beauty and interest in working in a dynamic environment.
