Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on client profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with open interaction and collaboration within and beyond the organization.
• Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins and crediting the team and individuals for successes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
• Empathy and dynamism; a results-oriented mindset.
• Aptitude for teamwork; willingness to value uniqueness & differences.
