The hotel offers a blend of luxury hospitality and contemporary art, featuring numerous works by international artists that enhance the serene setting of olive and lemon groves. Guests enjoy breathtaking views of the Sorrento Coast, complemented by high-quality services and a creative atmosphere inspired by the hotel's artistic environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, seasonal, on-site role in Massa Lubrense for a Bar Manager. The Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include creating unique drink menus, ensuring consistent delivery of beverages, training and mentoring bar staff, and maximizing sales through innovative promotions and exceptional service. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure an excellent guest experience
  • Food & Beverage expertise, including beverage preparation and inventory management
  • Experience in Training and mentoring bar staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies to optimize revenue and promote featured offerings
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in a bar management or hospitality role is highly desirable
