Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110
• Admitted to the Italian bar
• Between 2 and 5 years PQE
• At least 2 years of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions gained in a comparable law firm
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus
• Attitude to work in team, attention to details and motivation are essential skills
• Global mindset and enthusiasm
• You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us
