Description

Ensure the application of the Controlling Model on projects with medium complexity.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

1. Complete all economic slides for PQR, including explanations of main deviations (Whole life and yearly). Monthly reporting of all item deviations (Costs, revenue, Cash in, etc.) to relevant stakeholders (PM, WP leaders, Controlling coordinator).
2. Control Work Package leaders' forecasts (workload, schedule with contract milestones, budget).
3. Ensure controlling tools (PCS, SAP) are correctly used and verify data coherence in Primavera based on official documentation (actual, forecasts, Whole life costs, invoicing).
4. Identify and communicate potential risks of cost or delay deviations as early as possible to PM, WP leaders, or senior controllers.
5. Align controlling tools (PCS, SAP, etc.) with the invoicing plan and cash inflow forecasts.
6. Verify the cash outflow forecast based on cost schedules.
7. Check all cost registrations to ensure they respect the forecast and report main deviations to PM and WP Leaders.
8. Analyze Earned Value output for each WP with Planner and PM.
9. Calculate EVA at the global level following the group controlling model.

Required Skills/Knowledge

1. 1-5 years of experience.
2. Knowledge of Primavera and WinProject.
3. Familiarity with statutory (SAP) and management (Hyperion) tools.
4. Experience in project cost control and project management.
5. Understanding of accounting, finance, tax requirements.
6. Knowledge of legal requirements (contract clauses, bonds, L/C, etc.).

Education / Qualifications

Master's degree in accounting or an equivalent technical background.

Languages

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
