Responsibilities
  • Manage invoicing and reconciliations. Handle transactions and invoicing with third‑party vendors and distribution partners across subsidiaries. Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable journals, ensure accurate monthly controls, perform bank reconciliations, and manage outgoing payments.
  • Take an active role in month‑end closures and ERP management. Maintain detailed records of revenues, costs, and cash flow; oversee ERP processes to support preparation of financial statements for individual and consolidated entities.
  • Support in new M&A accounting processes integration. Manage bookkeeping for newly acquired companies, support design of new processes, and assist in migration to our systems.
  • Prepare financial reports. Help produce accurate monthly financial reports to support strategic decision‑making; partner with the Technology team to prepare annual statements and implement accounting automations enhancing efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide audit support. Collaborate with Finance, coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and consultants to ensure smooth preparation for internal and external audits.

The selection process

If you pass our screening we ask you to take a few tests assessing how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours.
