You should have

• 5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong team coordination and communication skills
• Fluency in English & Italian
• A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure
• A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing
• Comfort with digital tools booking systems and hospitality tech
• Previous hostel experience is a big bonus

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Supporting the Square Lover in overseeing all departments : Reception / Bar Kitchen Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Being a daily point of reference for team members ensuring tasks are clear spirits are high and operations run smoothly
• Monitoring service standards helping resolve guest issues and keeping the Square vibe alive
• Coordinating shifts schedules and workflows to keep everything moving
• Assisting with admin tasks reporting inventory and compliance with Italian local regulations

This role is perfect for someone who wants to step into a leadership position while staying grounded in the day-to-day heartbeat of a vibrant hospitality space.
