As a key figure in the Food & Beverage team, our Assistant Restaurant Manager – Maitre will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s signature dining outlet. With a passion for service and attention to detail, this role helps ensure that every guest experience is seamless, elegant, and unforgettable. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a hands‑on role in team supervision, service coordination, and guest interaction, contributing to the excellence and reputation of the restaurant and the hotel overall.
