Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all the service activities with local technical organizations
• Responsible for data elaboration, consolidation and analysis with QM, to provide monthly reporting to Customers
• Continuous review and definition of improvements in After sales service processes
• Acquire deep knowledge of existing service agreements (customer’s service contracts) and support the preparation phase accordingly to Epta’s policy
• Manage recall campaigns in coordination with quality/non-conformity and service organizations
• Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all service activities
• Scout new external providers (subcontractors), negotiate the rates and SLA
• Manage of the subcontractors by verifying the SLA, costs, overdues, certification and documentations

Requirements

• Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years
• Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities
• Languages: English and second Language
• Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree

The role may be performed from any location within the Veneto Region.
