👩💼 Area Manager

At WeMeet, we believe in the power of people coming together — sharing stories, laughs, and moments that turn into memories. As an Area Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission. You’ll guide, support, and inspire our Event Creators to make every WeMeet moment count.

You’ll work closely with the WeMeet Italy Team, helping your region(s) grow and thrive through events that truly connect people.

🎯 Requirements

• You live in the region (Tuscany) you’re applying for and (preferred, but not mandatory) in Florence.
• You are an active, engaged member of the community, with the ability to move easily around the region assigned.
• You have time, passion, and drive to dedicate to the role, and you’re ready to make things happen.
• You have a true community builder spirit, you love connecting people, creating experiences, and nurturing a sense of belonging.
• You know how to move both people and numbers, balancing empathy with performance to grow the community with purpose.
• You are a WeRoad Travel Coordinator.
• Due to the launch and growth we're experiencing in Italy in this phase of the project, we see this role could occupy part-time a person.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the go‑to person for the Event Creators in your area. A coach, motivator, and point of reference, supporting them in achieving goals related to event creation and community engagement.
• Review and approve events uploaded by Event Creators on the WeMeet Platform.
• Build and maintain a strong event calendar, ensuring your area is buzzing with activity.
• Scout, onboard and train new Event Creators and Local Communities, joining them in their first event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Keep the community spirit alive — because WeMeet is all about connection, fun, and belonging.
• Share updates, tools, and insights from the WeMeet team (and vice‑versa), keeping your Event Creators aligned and inspired and the WeMeet team updated.
• Weekly/biweekly check‑ins with your Event Specialist, plus a quarterly performance review to track quality and goals, and a mutual check that workload and role fit are still aligned.

📆 Duration
