A dynamic hospitality company in Lombardia is seeking an Architect with more than 3 years of experience in interior design projects. Key responsibilities include developing implementation proposals, overseeing FF&E installations, and maintaining supplier relationships. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD, has strong communication skills, and must be native in Italian with advanced English. Competenze

• More than 3 years of experience in interior design projects.
• Experience in interior design projects within the Real Estate sector.
• Italian (native), minimum Advanced Certificate level in English.

Mansioni

🔍 What we are looking for

We are looking for an Architect profile with experience in project management to lead architectural activities in the country.

Our ideal candidate has more than 3 years of experience in interior design projects and will be responsible for:

• Developing new implementation proposals and interior design projects carried out within the Libere department.
• Preparing FF&E orders and budgets, ensuring alignment with the appropriate budget and design for each asset.
• Overseeing FF&E installations and works (site visits, report preparation, communication with suppliers and internal departments, coordination of deliveries and installations).
• Maintaining regular contact with furniture and finishes suppliers to stay up to date with the latest developments.

🚀 Position requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit and 3D software will be a plus.
• Experience in interior design projects (not engineering) within the Real Estate sector (Hospitality, PBSA, Retail).
• Italian (native), minimum Advanced Certificate level in English. Other languages such as Spanish or French will be valued.
