A leading fintech company in Trieste is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure quality and optimal use of applications and support customers effectively. Key responsibilities include incident management, user training, and functional documentation development. The ideal candidate holds a BS or MS in a related field and has at least 1.5 years of fintech experience. Communication skills in English and Italian are essential, along with the ability to work shifts and weekends in Milan.

Mansioni

  • Manage and optimize existing and new application functions.
  • Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users.

Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst that will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assisting customers both from technical and functional point of view.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize existing and new application functions;
  • Ensure the optimal use of the application by the end-users;
  • Monitor and control the quality of datasets on a daily basis;
  • Be point of contact for the end-users and handle system issues;
  • Perform incident management;
  • Configure and test functionalities;
  • Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation;
  • Perform user training.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
  • BS or MS in a financial or technical related field is preferred;
  • 1.5 year’s experience in a similar role in fintech field;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL language;
  • Client‑focus attitude;
  • Team player with solid communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
  • Ability to manage pressure;
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian languages;
  • EU Work Permit;
  • Willingness to work shifts;
  • Availability to work on weekends (only required for Milan location).
