Who you are

• You are a passionate AI Engineer responsible for developing web applications using technologies such as Python, Generative AI, and more. Experience with different LLM providers, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation metrics is beneficial.
• It is essential to have experience working on one or more projects in the AI field. You are skilled in Backend programming and integrating external services. It can be beneficial to have a good understanding and ease in the fields of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Science.
• You are great at working together with a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective.
• You are comfortable engaging with clients to understand and translate their business needs into product requirements.
• You are proactive and autonomous and prefer working without constant supervision. We provide a stimulating and supportive atmosphere where you can always learn and grow.
• You are a fan of good UX , whether it's for your client's products or for tools used by your colleagues. You always aim for perfection and find the right balance between design and implementation.
• You are keen to design secure systems as it is a deliberate and integral part of the entire software design and development process.
• You are curious and have a lot of interests and experiences you enjoy sharing with your co-workers.
• You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.
