You will bridge engineering, agronomy, and data science, managing product development and project coordination while working with academic partners. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering and has over three years of experience in R&D roles. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and a strong problem-solving mindset are essential. This is an on-site position with great growth potential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary R&D or engineering role.
• Experience with scientific libraries for data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.

Mansioni

• Lead project management of the SUSTAIN project.
