A leading technical services provider is seeking a professional in Lombardy, Italy to oversee Aftersales and Service activities. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, team management skills, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include ensuring KPI performance, executing service activities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

  • Expertise in rentals and maintenance contracts, knowledge of service costs.
  • Advanced in English oral and written.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Aftersales & Serviceactivities of the company in the Italian market
  • Measure performance and efficiencybased on KPIs
  • Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projectsin the company
  • Responsible for the approval oftechnical suppliers
  • Support to branches
  • Monitor turnover of Service and sparepart sales
  • Ensure a high level of customersatisfaction
  • Control of internal costs andwarranties
  • Pricing of service contracts
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevantprofessional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technicaldepartment
  • Expertise in rentals and maintenancecontracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.)
  • Prior work experience in teammanagement
  • Must have ability to train andmotivate proving very good with communicational skills
