A global home appliance leader in Porcia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive the development of OEM projects. You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring effective supply and logistics processes. Ideal candidates will have an engineering or economic degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and fluent English. Strong PC skills and knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics operations.
  • Experience in managing projects is an asset.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

  • Initiate, drive, and participate in projects for supply chain processes.
  • Define tools and processes for supply integration with logistics.
  • Manage setup and startup of new flows to assure successful implementations.

Location

You will be based in Porcia, our site nearby Pordenone city. Porcia is the biggest Electrolux site in Italy, dedicated to our Product Line Care. Here we develop Washing Machine, Dish Washer and Tumble Dryer for our consumers worldwide.

Role purpose

To initiate and drive the development and projects for OEM Supply Chain in the best possible and cost effective way.

Assure best in class Processes, to define usage of IT tools for phase in businesses as well as to manage outsourcing products or supplier achieving high customer service and product availability performances

To develop OEM phse-in / phase out products or supplier according to the company strategy and to follow up with the main stakeholders

To define Supply Chain requirements and objective for Service Level Agreement with Purchasing for the Suppliers and to define Business requirements with Demand Planning

Responsibilities
  • To initiate, drive and participate into projects and tasks for development of existing flows and Supply Chain processes
  • To define tools and processes to integrate supply with logistics
  • To drive and manage the set up and start up of new flows according to set time frames, to assure on-time and successful start up following the standard processes
  • To assure that the defined standard processes will be implemented for all existing flows
  • To initiate, run and participate into the development of the IT-tools
  • Cooperation with internal and external departments : Demand Planning, Suppliers, Supply Planning, Launch Planning, Purchasing, IT, Logistic
  • To assure that the process descriptions for Supply Chain will be created and maintained
  • To be part of the OEM Supply Chain team in the Squad forums
Qualifications
  • Engineering or economic degree
  • Min 3 years of experience in supply chain and / or Logistics operations, order processing and customer service
  • Experience to manage projects will be an asset
  • Networking capability, collaboration skills
  • Proactive, creative
  • PC skills for Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access. Knowledge of SAP / SNP is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent English is required, other languages will be an additional asset
