The Golf Maintenance Administrative Assistant is a key support role within the Golf Course Maintenance Department, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations through accurate administration, efficient communication in English & Spanish, and strong organisational support.
In this role, you will manage scheduling, documentation, inventory tracking, communication flow, and departmental coordination. You will work closely with the Golf Maintenance and Landscaping teams to help maintain exceptional golf course conditions and a seamless guest experience.
