Ali Agenzia per il Lavoro selects, for a historic funeral services company in Colle di Val d'Elsa (SI), a candidate for the role of Addetto ai Servizi Funebri / Necroforo.

Responsibilities and Main Activities

The selected resource, working under the guidance of experienced staff, will perform the following activities:

• Preparation and staging of the body (attire) with maximum decor and respect.
• Logistical and operational support for funeral ceremonies.
• Assistance in transport operations (use of company vehicle).
• Versatility and availability to perform various operational activities.
• Clean and courteous presentation in line with the professional environment.
• Maximum seriousness, discretion and empathy.
• Good health and robust physical constitution: ability to lift weights up to about 25 kg.
• Valid Patente B license (for company vehicle driving).

Immediate availability required. Prior experience in the sector is not essential; the company offers internal training.

Work Hours and Contractual Details

• Workplace: Colle di Val d'Elsa (SI) and surrounding areas (availability for travel with company vehicle).
• Hours: Full time. From 8:30/9:00 with a one‑hour lunch break.
• Daily Split: Monday to Saturday, with 2 half‑days scheduled.
• On‑call: Availability for an on‑call rota with a compensatory rest shift the following week. Availability to work Saturday for about 4 hours.
