Accountant Specialist - Tuvia Italia SpA

Tuvia Italia SpA, part of the KLN group, is seeking an Accounting Specialist for its headquarters in Segrate.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

1. Managing the active and passive cycle
2. General accounting
3. Handling and recording expense notes and credit cards
4. Updating and maintaining the Asset and Inventory registers
5. Managing administrative relationships with Entities/Clients/Suppliers
6. Accounting and fiscal compliance (F24, periodic VAT settlements, Intrastat, Certifications, 770)
7. Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative Departments or from an Audit Firm
8. Deep knowledge of VAT regulations
9. Problem-solving skills, precision, flexibility, and autonomy
10. Good written and spoken English skills

Contract type: Permanent, according to the CCNL for freight transport and logistics.
