We are offering a traineeship for a position of Accounting Auxiliar in our Finance department.

Functions
  • Issuance and accounting of invoices.
  • Introduction of accounting entries.
  • Control of charges and payments.
  • Incident management and daily contact with customers.
  • Management of claims and complaints.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Help, support and collaboration in administrative tasks in the financial department.
  • Execution of reports in Excel and dynamic tables.
  • Other duties required by the position.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and decisive person with:

  • Studying a Degree in Finance or Administration and Management.
  • Having an intermediate level of spoken and written English (B1).
  • Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Excel and some accounting software, (Sage, SAP, especial in Netsuite, etc…).
