Our Regional Models and geo-Hydrological Impacts (REMHI) Division is seeking a new Junior Administrative Assistant. This assistant must be able to interact with various administrative offices, staff, and external partners, and must be able to prioritize and resolve problems effectively. Whether ensuring efficient management of financial resources, overseeing daily office operations, or providing strategic support for division initiatives, your contribution will be crucial to our collective success. We are seeking an organized and motivated individual who can support the Division Manager in the daily management of research projects, personnel, and equipment.

The Junior Administrative Assistant reports operationally to the Division Manager, within a Division whose overall coordination and guidance are ensured by the Division Director. She/He is responsible for assisting with daily administrative management, supporting travel, equipment and office management, and supporting event organization.
Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
Some fiscal benefits could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researchers/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).
