Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Bogor is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the Sales Agent team and implement effective sales strategies. Candidates should have at least 1 year of leadership experience in financial services or related industries. Fluency in English and proficiency in office software are preferred. Qualifications
- Must have minimum 1 year experience leading area/district in a relevant industry.
- Regional manager experience in Indonesia is preferred.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Sales Agent team.
- Coordinate and implement the system in various regions.
- Analyze daily orders in partner stores and report abnormalities.
