Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Support and Admin, especially in Food Ingredients and its related field, such as BPJPH and BPOM
Fluent in written English and sufficient in spoken English
Honest, professional, ethical, responsible, and customer-oriented
Coordinate sales activities with the sales team
Communicate with suppliers regarding products and shipment
Follow up on customers’ requests, maintain existing working relationships, and provide consultations to customers
Manages organized documentation in sales and customers
Prepare sales report and stock report
Other customer service and admin activities
