We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our client sales team in driving revenue growth and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership capabilities, experience in SaaS sales, and a proven background in FMCG or automotive industries. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and align strategies with business goals.
  • Drive the adoption of SaaS solutions across diverse industry verticals, with a focus on FMCG and automotive sectors.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance, productivity, and morale.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, and monitor their progress.
  • Provide training and professional development to improve the teams selling capabilities and product knowledge.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients pain points and proposing tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction to drive retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Qualifications :
