We’re looking for a digitally-savvy, strategy-driven team player to lead the charge across our online platforms. From website and e-commerce to social media, Google tools, and content creation—this role is at the heart of how we connect with coffee lovers everywhere.
What You’ll Own
Oversee and optimize all digital platforms including our website, e-commerce, and Google Business Profile.
Plan, schedule, and monitor social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Maintain the brand tone and visual consistency.
Collaborate with internal creatives to produce engaging photo, video, and written content. You’ll lead campaigns from concept to execution.
Track analytics, run paid campaigns (Meta, Google), and continuously improve performance through SEO, retargeting, and keyword strategy.
Lead online sales strategy across all platforms—Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and our website. Ensure smooth user experience and conversion optimization.
Work with the Brand Manager and Creative Director to align messaging, launches, and digital campaigns across retail and wholesale segments.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing or related field
• Strong grasp of social platform algorithms, SEO/SEM tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and web analytics
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Great taste in content—visually, tonally, and strategically
• Bonus: Experience in F&B or lifestyle brands
