As a Scrum Master with Pixlr Group, you will be tasked to ensure all IT projects are deployed using the latest AGILE techniques and methodologies. While keeping the team on the right track, you are the point of contact for all external and internal communication for effective collaboration.

• Responsible for facilitating daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo and Agile retrospective meetings, to allow the team to have the opportunity to evaluate and improve the process
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate and schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation processes. All the meetings need to be time-boxed and steer it should it get side-tracked
• Ensure all goals, scope and product domain are understood by all team members
• Manage all the project's scope and timeline
• Be the point of contact for external communications and facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with all project/product owners to ensure they have clarity on arranging the backlogs to yield maximized value
• Handle and manage all new project requests
• Work closely with the team to accurately estimate and plan timelines for project completion
• Facilitate and improve the efficiency and creativity of the development team in handling projects
• Assist to build a productive environment where team members will take up the ownership of the products and enjoy working on it
• Monitor the team's work time and timesheets on a daily/weekly basis
• Track project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
• Possesses Agile certification
• Good knowledge of the Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Possess experience in working with web developers and product designers is preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills
• A fast learner & a self-starter
• Possesses good command of English, a positive work attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels
