Job summary
A leading educational organization in South Jakarta is seeking a Product Brand & Marketing Manager to provide strategic marketing direction, manage customer acquisition and retention programs, and contribute to product development. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of experience in the Education or Banking Industry, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Education or Banking Industry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

- Provide strategic direction for marketing promotions and events to ensure execution and implementation.
- Contribute in the product development process to create competitive products.
- Partner with Management to understand the business objectives for their respective product categories and/or channel segments, collaborating in the development of marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Manage customer acquisition program to achieve profitable numbers of customers in line with corporate planning and targets.
- Manage and monitor customer retention program to achieve high customer satisfaction and high brand equity.
- Manage and monitor the preparation and implementation of promotion activities and events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients for promotions, campaigns and events.
- Prioritize team initiatives and workload to assure optimal allocation of resources to best meet marketing targets.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate overall admission activities.
- Monitor coordination with Head of Admission regarding schedule adjustments and information delivered to prospective customers.
- Guarantee admission process guidelines compliance to valid guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing function department (Brand, Corporate Communication) to build a good corporate image.
- Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence to conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Lead the evaluation of marketing activity performance which drives customer acquisition, retention and recommend improvement.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience and exposure in Education or Banking Industry.
- Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills.
