Account Managed: Logistic & Transportation

Role Purpose

Managing accounts within the portfolio, responsible for achieving revenue targets for Indosat Business Services, increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, initiating and completing strategic projects with key customers, and maintaining customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute sales activities and strategies for Indosat Business Services to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Develop and implement programs to enhance customer productivity and service usage.
  3. Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical teams, and other support functions for proposal preparation, solutions, and pricing.
  4. Collaborate with Major Events to retain existing customers and boost loyalty.
  5. Monitor and evaluate sales performance and revenue achievement within the resources & energy segments based on set budgets.
  6. Report on sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
  7. Provide insights and feedback to Marketing, Product Development, and Technical teams regarding service trends, market pricing, and customer potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in account management within transportation and logistics sectors.
  • Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Adaptable and flexible under pressure, capable of meeting short-term and long-term deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
