Job Description

  • The main tasks are handling customer inquiries, communicating solutions to customers, producing forms and documents, interfacing with internal colleagues
  • Handle customer maintenance, quotations, and exceptions.
  • Responsible for daily follow up operation, cost application, customs clearance, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data filing, etc.
  • Consultation on export and import business, SOP process optimization, complete the work with the port of departure/destination.

Requirement

  • High conversational Mandarin proficiency and at least basic English
  • Conscientious, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, high efficiency to carry pressure, strong service consciousness service skills and certain social activity ability.
  • Experience din operation, customer service, know the process of Indonesia import customs clearance and policy.
  • Have HSK level 4 certificate
