We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support the CEO and Product Managers in driving product initiatives forward. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — capable of managing follow-ups, preparing documentation, and ensuring priorities stay on track.

• Support the CEO and Product Managers in managing product roadmaps, priorities, and project tracking.
• Prepare clear and concise product documentation, specifications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and structure product initiatives to ensure smooth execution and no missed details.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, operations) to ensure deliverables progress as planned.
• Assist with backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning with product priorities.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support product-related decisions.
• Provide operational support during product meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
• Identify and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to keep projects moving efficiently.

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) — able to produce polished documentation and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL — able to use it confidently and effectively.
• Understanding of APIs — capable of setting them up and interpreting data.
• Solid working knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Highly dedicated and hardworking — expectations are high, and the product team is expected to set the standard in preparation and execution.
• Comfortable working directly with the CEO; the role can be demanding but offers significant learning opportunities.
• Background in a technical field or at least 1 year of technical experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, and able to follow through without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Trello.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, accessible language for various stakeholders.

• Background in AdTech, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Exposure to data analytics, machine learning, or software development environments.
• Experience preparing presentations for leadership or clients.
• Prior experience working in multicultural or international environments.
