Job description

Coordinate the construction of basecamp, temporary office, warehouse, public kitchen, and utilities (electricity, water, communication).

Supervise the implementation of tasks and job targets in the development of General Affairs (GA) facilities.

Manage employee transportation, equipment, and materials, including vehicle mobilization (by sea and land).

Ensure the availability of basic necessities (food, clean water, electricity, sanitation).

Collaborate with external teams to establish communication and maintain good relationships with local communities.

Provide GA needs for the project (office supplies, communication tools, household equipment, uniforms).

Coordinate with the Procurement/GA HO team regarding the procurement of goods and services.

Lead crew members working within the GA team (construction crew, helpers, etc.).

Prepare weekly work reports submitted every Friday (progress of facility development, weekly reports, issues within the section, and other matters requiring support from HO/Superior).

Collaborate with the GA HO team or GA Site Obi on coordination and technical matters.

Job Requirements:

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or other relevant fields.

3–5 years of work experience in General Affairs, preferably in the nickel mining industry.

Willing to be assigned and work in remote areas with limited facilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with various parties.

Strong leadership, coordination, and supervision skills over local teams in the project area.

Experienced in managing facilities and utilities (camps, accommodation, transportation, and other supporting infrastructure).

Skilled in procuring non-production items (office supplies, camp needs, operational vehicles, and distribution of employee necessities).

Proficient in using basic Microsoft Office/IT applications to support reporting, administration, and work coordination.
