Responsibilities

• Lead the overall IT strategy, planning, and execution to support business growth and digital transformation.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ensure high system availability, data integrity, and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., OJK, ISO, PDPA).
• Drive innovation through digital initiatives, automation, and technology modernization to enhance customer and business experience.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project portfolios to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and best practices to maintain operational resilience and information security.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to build strong technical capabilities and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
