Operations Manager – Logistic – Business Development

Location: Central Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Central Medika Sehat is a company specializing in telemarketing for herbal medicine products, dedicated to promoting natural health solutions through direct and personalized customer engagement.

Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across logistics operations (warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, last‑mile).

Analyze end‑to‑end operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Monitor key operational KPIs and provide insights to management for decision‑making.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service levels and reduce operational costs.

Coordinate performance reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans for operational issues.

Prepare and present operational improvement reports for senior management.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
  • Skilled in data analytics, process mapping, and KPI monitoring (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI preferred)
  • Strong understanding of logistics workflows (warehouse operations, route planning, fleet management, inventory, last‑mile delivery)
  • Familiar with logistics technology systems (WMS, OMS, ERP) is a plus
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal) to communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Able to join the team ASAP
