Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Developing nationwide sales programs across Modern Trade, General Trade, Horeca, and institutional buyers.

Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, ATL, BTL).

Oversee market research and consumer insights generation to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Develop and manage strong relationships with agencies and external partners.

Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments.

Drive innovation in brand communication and consumer engagement strategies.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all consumer touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
