Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management, and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage compensation & benefits, also tax (pph21).
Key Requirements
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager for more than 3 years.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR business processes.
- Willing to travel to all Business Units.
- Sound understanding of the principles underpinning great employee experiences and Indonesian labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to positively influence people at all levels.
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with the team and across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization).
