Job summary

A prominent Indonesian company is seeking an experienced HR Manager who will develop and monitor HR strategies, manage recruitment, and ensure a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of HR management experience, is results-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role may require travel to various business units across locations. Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management, and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Manage compensation & benefits, also tax (pph21).

Key Requirements

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager for more than 3 years.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR business processes.
• Willing to travel to all Business Units.
• Sound understanding of the principles underpinning great employee experiences and Indonesian labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to positively influence people at all levels.
• Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with the team and across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization).
