Job summary

A leading brokerage firm in Jakarta seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to join their team in the FX & CFDs industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, focusing on acquiring new partners and managing existing client portfolios. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and utilizing CRM tools. Proficiency in English is essential, with multilingual skills as a plus. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales roles within the FX & CFDs industry.
  • Good understanding of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5.
  • Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and retail clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and trading volume KPIs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and report progress to management.
  • Ensure compliance during onboarding of IBs and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote the brand.
