Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, or similar role in the retail or fashion industry.

Proven experience in developing brand strategy, campaigns, and product positioning.

Core Skills

Strong understanding of brand development, brand identity, brand equity, and consumer journey.

Able to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Knowledge of visual merchandising, retail campaign development, and customer experience.

Capable of handling budgeting, strategic planning, and campaign ROI evaluation.

Strong leadership abilities and experience leading cross‑functional teams (marketing, retail, creative, merchandising, etc.).

Results‑driven and accustomed to working with targets, deadlines, and KPIs.

Strong decision‑making skills backed by data analysis.

Communication & Personal Attributes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative, innovative, solution‑oriented, and agile in responding to market changes.

Strong networking skills with vendors, media, influencers/KOLs, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building a brand from the ground up.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, SEO, etc.).

Possesses a campaign portfolio demonstrating measurable brand or sales growth.
