A real estate company in Bali is seeking a hybrid Reservations & E-Commerce profile to manage bookings and customer enquiries from various channels. You will handle OTA management, ensure optimal sales performance, and support customers pre- and post-booking. Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reservations / Booking Management.
• Solid knowledge of OTAs and channel managers.
• Strong E-Commerce and online sales mindset.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and customer enquiries across various channels.
• Provide pre-arrival and post-booking customer support.
• Full management of OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
• Update availability and rates across all channels.
• Optimize online sales performance and conversion.
• Coordinate with Revenue and Operations teams.
• Handle cancellations and customer issues.
