About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the overall management of our Spa and Leisure facilities, leading a team of therapists, lifeguards, fitness staff, and receptionists to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The spa is a key part of our guest offering, and you'll play a central role in shaping its future.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa and leisure centre
• Manage and motivate a dynamic team of wellness professionals
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Drive revenue through creative wellness offerings and membership initiatives
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to support wider business goals
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing a spa and/or leisure facility
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A genuine passion for wellness, service, and hospitality
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety and spa compliance standards
