Job summary
A leading care home provider is seeking compassionate individuals for care roles at Wellington Hall Care Centre in Telford. The role involves assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities, along with organizing social activities. No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Hours: Days, Nights or Bank - 22, 33 or 44 per week

You’ll be helping our residents live satisfying and dignified lives by supporting their physical and emotional needs. As part of a kind and caring team, you will:
- Organise and take part in social and recreational activities.
- Assist with residents’ personal care and mealtimes.
- Provide support to help residents maintain their independence.
- Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate records.
