A recruitment agency is looking for a full-time Inspection Officer in London. In this role, you will conduct inspections of residential properties, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and prepare detailed reports. A full UK driving license is essential as a company vehicle will be provided. The position requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of property maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections of properties.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Communicate with tenants and report maintenance issues.
Skills
Inspection Officer - Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Company Car provided. Reporting to head office in E4 daily to pick up jobs.
- Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of residential properties all around London and Essex area.
- Identify and report necessary repairs and maintenance issues.
- Ensure properties comply with fire safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with tenants.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and ability to recognise repair needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Report to office daily in the morning by 9am.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and local authority standards preferred.
- Full UK driving licence - company vehicle provided.
