Welder/ Fabricator (Aerospace/ Progression To Team Lead) – Coventry

£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus Scheme + Progression + Training + Free Parking + Early Friday Finish

Oversee production operations across fabrication and welding, ensuring output meets quality standards and KPIs. Take ownership of health and safety, capacity planning, and on-time delivery, while mentoring weld coordinators and working closely with customers and suppliers. Drive improvements in processes, culture, and efficiency to make a tangible impact on the business as it grows. Implement Lean principles and help develop both processes and people within the organisation.

In addition to hands-on responsibility, you will work with Directors and the leadership team to ensure the smooth daily running of production and lead change initiatives.

• Oversee production, ensuring quality, KPIs, and on-time delivery
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement across fabrication and welding
• Manage, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining safety and quality

• Welder/ Fabricator background and sheet metal manufacturing experience
• Management/ Team lead experience preferred but not required
• Based in Coventry or easily commutable to, Full UK Driving License
