SECURITY OFFICERS STANSTED AIRPORT £3000 SIGN UP BONUS
Job summary
A security services provider is seeking Security Officers for immediate start at Stansted Airport. The role includes flexible day, night, and weekend shifts with pay ranging from £19.50 to £25.50 per hour. Essential skills include observational and communication skills, along with problem-solving capabilities. A £3000 joining bonus is offered, and candidates will have opportunities for permanent work with guaranteed hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to notice potential threats or suspicious behaviour.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations and find peaceful solutions.
- Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems.
- Ability to patrol, stand for extended periods, and handle physical situations.
- Maintaining a calm, courteous, and reassuring presence.
Responsibilities
- Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points.
- Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems.
- Checking identification, logging entries and exits.
- Investigating alarms and handling emergencies.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies and resolving conflicts.
- Maintaining logs and writing incident reports.
Skills
Security Officers to Start ASAP at Stansted Airport .
Both male and female security officers are needed for the roles we have available.
£3000 joining bonus paid in December .
Permanent work offered.
Day , night and weekend shifts available
PAYE or Self - Employed work offered.

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends
Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour
Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour
Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour
We pay weekly every Friday.
45-60 hours per week guaranteed.
- Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
- Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
- Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
- Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
- Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
- Observational Skills: Ability to notice potential threats or suspicious behaviour.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, for reporting and interacting with others.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.
